It's been a while since I cried because I'm happy . Well, this morning, I did just that... because of you.
Yaky and I talked about the JOHARI window.
The second box (upper right) is called a blind spot. It's information of which the participant is not aware, but others are, and they can decide whether and how to inform the individual about these "blind spots."
I mean, how can something simple be so beautiful?
I didn't see it. I know I'm being real. I'm as real as I could be. Turns out there's much more... much, much more of me than meets the eye. I can't believe I am capable of doing those things. Small things that made such an impact on you.
This is for you. Thank you for showing me my blind spot. I thank you for reminding me to love what I am even more. Now I stand firmer, with my head up high, knowing that each and everyone of us can make a difference.
Thank you for letting me be me.
